Abstract
Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.a)スタンプ部材によりプレス金型内で低温状態で単一工程により成形し、 この成形作業を外側から管断面部の軸線に対し直角方向に行い、管断面部内で成 形作業に必要な内部圧力を発生し、この圧力を充填材料を介し管断面部の内側壁 面に対し伝達し、管断面部の両端部を管状のポート連結部とし、両端部間を中央 部として残し、管断面部の片側を弁部材の底部に相応させ、中央部を内側へ押し 込んで凹んだ面を形成し、管断面部の対向側においてプレス金型の対向面を管断 面部の平坦壁部にし、平坦部と対向して2つの流体案内面を形成し、流体案内面 をポート連結部により定義される軸方向から軸方向内側へ、更に平坦部へ延長し 、平坦部と対向して配置される共通のリブに達させ、b)管断面部の変形された 壁部の、リブと対向する部分内の充填材料を除去し、この後少なくとも1個の通 路を形成し、通路を外囲する、平坦部の残部に連結面を形成し、流体案内面によ り形成される流路を通路に対し開口することを特徴とする、両端部を突出スタン プ部材で閉鎖した状態で円筒状の管断面部を充填材料で充填し、プレス金型内に 配置し管断面部を成形して得られる金属弁部材を備えた弁ハウジングの製造法。 2.プレス金型内で低温状態で管断面部を変形してなることを特徴とする請求項 1の製造法。 3.平坦部が変形された管断面部の外周面から巾方向に延びる凸面を形成するこ とを特徴とする請求項1または2の製造法。 4.充填材料として砂を採用してなることを特徴とする請求項2の製造法。 5.充填材料としてワツクスのような可塑性特性を有する配合物を採用してなる ことを特徴とする請求項2の製造法。 6.充填材料としてゴム、弾性体の弾性変形可能な配合物を採用してなることを 特徴とする請求項2の製造法。 7.通路を外囲する連結面にその適所にダイアフラムを固定する環形の連結フラ ンジを形成し、リブを密封面を形成するように形成し、密封面をダイアフラムと 協働可能にその2端部で通路のリムから延び、管断面部の軸に対し巾方向に延長 してなることを特徴とする請求項1乃至6のいずれか1の製造法。 8.管断面部の壁部の平坦部を円形デイスクとして形成し、管断面部の外周面か ら外側へ押し、この後平坦部の円形デイスク状部分を切り取ることにより通路を 形成してなることを特徴とする請求項7の製造法。 9.フランジプレートを通路のリムをなす壁部の周囲に付設し、且つフランジプ レートにこの壁部の外周部に適合可能な開口部を具備させることを特徴とする請 求項8の製造法。 10.互いに離間した2つの通路を平坦部に形成し、流体案内面により区画される 流路をそれぞれ2つの通路の一方に対し開口し、リブを平坦部の内面まで押し込 んで、溶接等により密封してなることを特徴とする請求項1乃至7のいずれか1 の製造法。 11.平坦部上に弁プレートを装着し、弁プレートに弁プレー トを貫通して延び通路と整合する2つの溝を具備させ、第1の溝を密封着席部に 対し開口させ、第2の溝を密封着席部を囲む環形の空間部に対し開口させること を特徴とする請求項10の製造法。 12.通路と整合される連続溝部を具備する中間プレートを弁部材と弁プレートと の間に挿入してなることを特徴とする請求項10あるいは11の製造法。 13.弁部材にケーシングを設けてなることを特徴とする請求項1乃至12のいずれ か1の製造法。
