Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. ガラス製造炉に使用するモノリシックな難溶性複合構造であって、 前記難溶性構造はアルミニウム、ジルコニウム、シリコンの酸化物に基づき電 気鋳造によって形成された難溶性材料からなるブロック型のコンポーネントを有 し、 前記コンポーネントはその使用に適応した形状及び寸法を有し、その内部には少 なくとも一つの防御部材が一体的に挿入され、 前記防御部材は溶融ガラス溶液の攻撃に対して高い耐性を有し、金属、貴金属 、難溶性金属、難溶性材料、カーバイド・窒化物・ホウ化物等のセラミック材料 、グラファイトベースの材料、それらからなる合金および/または化合物および /または複合物から選択され、前記防御部材はほぼ板形状であって、前記ブロッ クの溶融ガラス溶液にさらされる部分の外形の一部と類似した外形を有し、ブロ ックの中に完全に埋設され、かつ前記防御部材はブロックの溶融ガラス溶液にさ らされる部分の外側表面にほぼ平行して隣接するよう配置される平面からなる翼 部を有し、それによって該防御部材の後方に位置する難溶性コンポーネントへの 溶融ガラスの攻撃に対する防御壁を構成する ことを特徴とするガラス製造炉に使用する複合構造のモノリシックな難溶性構造 。 2. 前記防御部材が、C字型、I字型、L字型、O字型、S字型、U字型 、V字型の各種形状を有する剛性の板もしくは薄片と;周辺部の閉じたもしくは 開いたベース形状を有する円柱もしくは円錐形状のチューブと;それらの複合物 および/またはアッセンブリからなる、開いたもしくは閉じたソリッドもしくは 箱状体を有し、 前記薄片がモリブデン、タンタル、タングステン、およびプラチナから選択さ れた少なくとも一つの金属や、グラファイト、カーバイド、窒化物、ホウ化物、 珪化物等をベースとしたセラミック材料や、それらの合金および/または化合物 および/または複合物からなる ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の難溶性構造。 3. 請求項1及び2に記載のモノリシックな難溶性複合構造を製造する方 法であって、 所望の寸法を有する電気鋳造難溶性材料のブロックを製造するための鋳型を準 備するステップと、 少なくとも一つの防御用のインサートを準備するステップと、 ここで該インサートは溶融ガラスの攻撃に高い耐性を有し、その形状及び寸法は 、少なくとも難溶性ブロックにおいてもっとも前記攻撃にさらされる領域におい て継続的な防御壁を形成するようなものであり、 前記鋳型内において、前記インサートを支持および/または吊るための部材を 配置するステップと、 ここで該部材は、インサートが鋳型内で安定し、鋳造後の難溶性ブロックに完全 に埋設され、かつその表面がもっとも前記攻撃にさらされる難溶性ブロックの表 面に近接して平行に位置するように、形成されかつ配置され、 計画された所定のタイミングで、前記インサートの鋳型内での相対的な移動を 防止可能な装置を使用して、前記鋳型に溶融難溶性材料を導入し、鋳造するステ ップと、 前記鋳型が満たされた時点で前記導入をやめ、前記インサートと、前記支持部 材と、難溶性材料の部分が緊密で永久的な接続を有するよう、連続したサイクル によってインサートを含有した難溶性ブロックを冷却するステップと を有することを特徴とするモノリシックな難溶性複合構造を製造する方法。 4. 前記鋳造するステップが、電気的にもしくは他の方法によって溶融可能 な材料から選択された難溶性材料、特に主成分がAl2O3,SiO2,ZrO2,Cr2O3,Mg Oから、およびそれらの化合物から選択された難溶性材料を鋳造することからな ることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の方法。 5. 前記準備するステップにおいて、前記インサートは、好ましくは、Mo 、Pt、Ta、W等の金属や、一般的な難溶性材料や、グラファイトベースの材 料や、一般的及びそうでないセラミック材料や、窒化物、ホウ化物、カーバイド 、珪化物およびそれらの合金や化合物を主成分とする材料からなり、かつその一 部もしくは全部に化学的、物理的および機械的処理がなされ、その性質、外観、 寸法、形状及び表面の状態が部分的に又は全体的に変化していることを特徴とす る請求項3及び4に記載の方法。 6. 前記準備及び鋳造するステップにおいて、インサートと難溶性材料の部 分とが緊密で永久的な相互接続を有するよう、難溶性部分と、インサートと、イ ンサートを支持および/または吊る部材の材料が、一致した膨張性質を有するこ とを特徴とする請求項3から5に記載の方法。
