Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.o−フェニルフェノールが還流下、触媒としてのルイス酸の存在下において 三塩化燐と塩化水素を放出させながら反応させ、その生じた反応混合物を加水分 解し、その後その生成物を結晶化し、次いで単離する、6−ヒドロキシ−(6H )ジベンゾ−(c,e)(1,2)−オキサホスホリンを用いて商業用混合物の 形態で2’−ヒドロキシジフェニル−2−ホスフィン酸を製造する方法であって 、還流濃縮器及び攪拌機を備えた反応器中において、ワンポット反応が、中間生 成物の単離を行わずに、 (a)PCl3及び触媒の混合物を形成し、該反応混合物を同時に加熱しながら o−フェニルフェノールをこれに添加し、次いで該反応混合物を還流する、 (b)この結果生じた反応混合物を冷却させておき、連続して攪拌する間に、最 初に水と混合し、次に低級アルカノールと混合する、 (c)次にその生成物を更に攪拌する間に結晶化させ、 (d)生じた該結晶性生成物を吸引して除き、洗浄し、乾燥する、 のステップを具備したことを特徴とする方法。 2.請求項1に記載の方法であって、前記のPCl3が60℃と該反応混合物の 沸騰する温度の間の温度において導入される方法。 3.請求項1又は請求項2に記載の方法であって、工程(a)において該反応混 合物を80℃から160℃の間の温度に加熱する方法。 4.請求項1がら3の何れか1に記載の方法であって、全てのo−フェニルフェ ノールが添加された後、少なくとも更に3時間該反応混合物を還流下に保持する 方法。 5.請求項4に記載の方法であって、全てのo−フェニルフェノールが添加され た後、少なくとも更に3時間140℃から160℃の間の温度において該反応混 合物を還流下に保持する方法。 6.請求項1から5の何れか1に記載の方法であって、工程(b)において該反 応混合物を30℃から50℃の間の温度に冷却させる方法。 7.請求項1から6の何れか1に記載の方法であって、塩化亜鉛を触媒として使 用する方法。 8.請求項1から7の何れか1に記載の方法であって、メタノール、エタノール 、n−プロパノール又はイソプロパノールを前記の低級アルカノールとして使用 する方法。 9.請求項1から8の何れか1に記載の方法であって、工程(d)において前記 の吸引除去した結晶性生成物が、遊離の塩化物を水で洗浄され、乾燥される方法 。 10.請求項1から9の何れか1に記載の方法であって、三塩化燐及びo−フェ ニルフェノールをモル比として1:1から1:1.5、好ましくは1:1.25 から1:1.35で共に反応させる方法。 11.請求項1から10の何れか1に記載の方法に従い製造される商業用混合物 であって、該混合物とイタコン酸、イタコン酸エステル又は無水イタコン酸とを 、任意に1又はそれ以上のジオールと共に直接反応させることにより、ポリエス テル繊維の共縮重合可能な難燃剤を製造するための商業用混合物。
