Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.オレフィンのオリゴマー化の方法であって、 オリゴマー化条件下で、少なくとも1つのオレフィンを含む供給材料と、粒 状分子篩を含むオレフィンオリゴマー化触媒とを接触させることを含み、 該分子篩の各粒子が、表面層が堆積されたコアを含み、 該コアが、珪素、及びアルミニウム、ガリウム及び鉄からなる群から選択さ れた少なくとも1つの元素を含むゼオライトを含み、 該表面層が、珪素、及びアルミニウム、ガリウム及び鉄からなる群から選択 された少なくとも1つの元素を含むゼオライトを含み、 該表面層のゼオライトが、該コアと同一の結晶構造を有し、かつ、該コアよ りも高い珪素:選択元素の比を有することを特徴とする該方法。 2.コアの珪素:選択元素の比が、最大で120:1であり、好ましくは60:1〜1 00:1の範囲内にある請求項1に記載の方法。 3.表面層の珪素:選択元素の比が、少なくとも150:1であり、好ましくは、3 00:1〜1500:1の範囲内にある請求項1又は2に記載の方法。 4.分子篩が、少なくとも2、望ましくは少なくとも10のCI°を有する請求項 1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の方法。 5.分子篩が、ZSM-22である請求項1〜3のいずれか1項記載の方法。 6.選択元素がアルミニウムである請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の方法。 7.表面層で表された微結晶の重量割合が、2〜20%の範囲内にある請求項1〜 6のいずれか1項に記載の方法。 8.結晶サイズが、最大で5μmであり、望ましくは0.1〜1.0μmの範囲内にあ る請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の方法。 9.オレフィンが、2〜12個、望ましくは2〜6個の炭素原子を含む請求項1〜 8のいずれか1項に記載の方法。 10.160〜300℃の範囲の温度で行う請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載の方法。 11.オレフィンのオリゴマー化を触媒することが可能な粒状分子篩であって、 該分子篩の各粒子が、表面層が堆積されたコアを含み、 該コアが、珪素、及びアルミニウム、ガリウム及び鉄からなる群から選択さ れた少なくとも1つの元素を含むゼオライトを含み、 該表面層が、珪素、及びアルミニウム、ガリウム及び鉄からなる群から選択 された少なくとも1つの元素を含むゼオライトを含み、 該表面層のゼオライトが、該コアと同一の結晶構造を有し、かつ、該コアよ りも高い珪素:選択元素の比を有することを特徴とする該粒状分子篩。 12.合成混合物から結晶表面上に分子篩層の結晶化を生じさせるための粒状分子 篩の製造方法であって、 珪素源、アルミニウム、ガリウム及び鉄からなる群から選択された元素源、 一価の無機カチオン源、及び所望又は必要なら、有機構造ダイレクティング剤を 含む水性合成混合物を加熱することを含み、 該合成混合物が、それらの中に分散された、珪素、及びアルミニウム、ガリ ウム及び鉄からなる群から選択された元素を含む分子篩の結晶を有し、 該結晶中の珪素の選択元素に対するモル比が、該合成混合物中の各源中の珪 素の選択元素に対するモル比より低いことを特徴とする該製造方法。 13.オリゴマー生成物の分枝度を低減するためのオレフィンのオリゴマー化触媒 としての粒状分子篩の使用であって、 該分子篩の各粒子が、表面層が堆積されたコアを含み、 該コアが、珪素、及びアルミニウム、ガリウム及び鉄からなる群から選択さ れた少なくとも1つの元素を含むゼオライトを含み、 該表面層が、珪素、及びアルミニウム、ガリウム及び鉄からなる群から選択 された少なくとも1つの元素を含むゼオライトを含み、 該表面層のゼオライトが、該コアと同一の結晶構造を有し、かつ、該コアよ りも高い珪素:選択元素の比を有することを特徴とする該使用。 14.分子篩が、請求項2〜8のいずれか1項に記載したものである請求項11〜13 のいずれか1項に記載の本発明。 15.請求項9又は10に記載のように行う請求項13に記載の使用。 16.記載の新規な特徴、又は記載の特徴の新規な組合せ。
