Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. ペンタフルオロプロピオン酸と、(1)ハロゲン化アルカン類、(2)ハ ロゲン化芳香族化合物、及び、(3)ハロゲン化アルカン類及び/又はハロゲン 化芳香族化合物とスルホン酸又はスルホン酸混合物との組み合わせ、からなる群 から選ばれた溶媒との混合物中に、チタニルフタロシアニンを溶解し、このチタ ニルフタロシアニンを水で、必要に応じてさらに別の極性有機溶媒の存在下に、 沈澱させることを特徴とする、電子写真活性なチタニルフタロシアニンを製造す る方法。 2. このハロゲン化アルカンが、メチレン・クロライド、ジクロロエタン、ト リクロロメタン、及びトリクロロエタンの中から選ばれ、好ましくはこれがメチ レン・クロライドであることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。 3. このスルホン酸が、メタンスルホン酸、トリフルオロメタンスルホン酸の 中から選ばれた脂肪族スルホン酸であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方 法。 4. このスルホン酸が、ベンゼンスルホン酸、p−トルエンスルホン酸、1− ナフタレンスルホン酸、2−ナフタレンスルホン酸の中から選ばれた芳香族スル ホン酸、特にp−トルエンスルホン酸であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載 の方法。 5. このスルホン酸が、二種以上のスルホン酸の混合物、好ましくは、p−ト ルエンスルホン酸とメタンスルホン酸との混合物であることを特徴とする、請求 項1に記載の方法。 6. 極性有機溶媒/水の混合物中で沈澱を起こさせることを特徴とする、請求 項1に記載の方法。 7. メタノールが40ないし60容量%の範囲内、好ましくはメタノールが45ない し55容量%の範囲内、特に1:1の比率のメタノール/水の混合物の中で沈澱を 起こさせることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の方法。 8. 用いられるチタニルフタロシアニンがジイミノ−イソインドールから製造 されたものであることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
