【課題を解決するための手段】
上記目的を達成する本発明の光学系は、帯域光が入射する光学系において、
表面にレリーフ形状の回折格子溝を有する光学部材と、
前記光学部材とは異なる材料からなり、前記光学部材の表面上に形成された保護層と、
前記光学部材からの回折光の中、像形成に不要な回折次数光の回折効率が高くなる波長域の光の強度を低減する波長帯域制限手段と、
を有することを特徴とするものである。

Claims (3)

  1. 帯域光が入射する光学系において、
    面にレリーフ形状の回折格子溝を有する光学部材と、
    前記光学部材とは異なる材料からなり、前記光学部材の表面上に形成された保護層と
    前記光学部材からの回折光の中、像形成に不要な回折次数光の回折効率が高くなる波長域の光の強度を低減する波長帯域制限手段と、
    を有することを特徴とする光学系。
  2. 前記波長帯域制限手段が前記光学部材の入射面側及び射出面側の少なくとも何れかに配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1記載の光学系
  3. 前記保護層が前記波長帯域制限手段を含むことを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の光学系。
