Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. a)複数の室を有する、一末端で閉じている第1の中空の細長いシリンダ ーであって、各々の室が上部近位末端および低部遠位末端を有する該第1の中空 の細長いシリンダー、 b)前記第1のシリンダーの内側で近接して配置されており、そして上部遠位 末端、および開口部と、介在されるシーリングリップとを有する低部近位末端を 有しそして前記第1のシリンダーの各々の室の前記上部近位末端に下記第2のシ リンダーの前記低部近位末端を、回転により接続している第2の中空の細長いシ リンダーであって、このシリンダーの上部遠位末端上で等方的に配置された3つ の位置合わせノッチをさらに有する前記第2の中空の細長いシリンダー、および c)第1のシリンダーの開いている末端にちょうつがいで一体的に取り付けら れており、ナイフの刃と一体の反応ビーズ室を有するカバーであって、前記室は 反応ビーズを包入しておりそして膜で密閉されており、前記カバーは前記第2の シリンダーに対して前記の第1のシリンダーの回転中に、前記ノッチで位置合わ せをするためにちょうつがいに対して直径方向に配置された位置合わせピンをさ らに有する前記カバー を含む、核酸配列の抽出、増幅および検出のための自己充足装置。 2. 抽出手段および増幅手段をさらに含む、請求項1に記載の第2の中空の細 長いシリンダー。 3. 抽出手段が核酸抽出のための乾燥溶解試薬を含む、請求項2の抽出手段。 4. 増幅手段がポリメラーゼまたはリガーゼを含む、請求項2の増幅手段。 5. 前記複数の室が液貯めおよび検出室を含む、請求項1に記載の第1の中空 の細長いシリンダー。 6. 前記液貯めが前記第1の中空の細長いシリンダーおよび前記検出室および 多孔質膜の隣接側面により規定されており、前記膜は廃液を通過させることが出 来る大きさの孔を有する、請求項5の液貯め。 7. 検出手段をさらに含む、請求項5の検出室。 8. 前記検出手段が吸収剤パッド、および着色微小粒子と捕獲帯域とを有する ストリップを含む、請求項7の検出手段。 9. 増幅標的が特異的な核酸配列である、請求項1に記載の装置。 10.前記膜がホィルおよびホィル/ポリマーからなる群から選ばれる、請求項 1の膜。
