Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.親水性ポリマーおよび少なくとも1種のアミノ酸の塩を含む組成物であっ て、該アミノ酸の塩が該組成物の全重量に基づいて約10ないし約80重量%の 範囲の量で存在する該組成物。 2.該アミノ酸塩が式: [式中、R1、R2およびR3は、水素または1ないし4個の炭素原子を有するア ルキル基であり、nは0ないし4の範囲の整数であり、Am+は1ないし3の原子 価を有し、かつ金属および式: (式中、R4およびR5は水素または1ないし4個の炭素原子を有するアルキル基 であり;R6は水素、1ないし4個の炭素原子のアルキル基、または2ないし6 個の炭素および1ないし4個の窒素原子のアルキルアミンであり、yは1ないし 4の範囲の 整数であり、かつmはカチオンの原子価に等しい整数である) を有するアミンカチオンから選択されるカチオンである] を有する塩から選択される請求の範囲第1項の組成物。 3.親水性ポリマーが、ポリビニルアルコール、ポリビニルアセテート、ポリ ビニルピロリドン、ポリエチレンオキシド、ポリアクリルアミド、そのブレンド および共重合体よりなる群から選択される請求の範囲第2項の組成物。 4.ポリマーがポリビニルアルコールである請求の範囲第3項の組成物。 5.組成物の全重量に基いて約1ないし約20重量%の架橋剤を含有する請求 の範囲第3項の組成物。 6.該架橋剤がホルムアルデヒド、ジビニルスルホン、トルエンジイソシアネ ート、グリオキサール、トリメチロールメラミン、テレフタルアルデヒド、エピ クロロヒドリン、ビニルアクリレートおよび無水マレイン酸よりなる群から選択 される請求の範囲第5項の組成物。 7.該架橋剤がホルムアルデヒドである請求の範囲第5項の組成物。 8.請求の範囲第1項、第3項又は第6項の組成物から形成 された非多孔質膜。 9.CO2含有ガス流を、親水性ポリマーおよび、そのアミノ酸が当該組成物 の重量に基いて約10ないし約80重量%の範囲の量で存在する、少なくとも1 種のアミノ酸の塩からなる、非多孔質の、CO2を選択的に透過できる膜の一方 の側面にCO2含有ガス流を接触させ、それによって、膜を通しCO2を選択的に 輸送し;次いで、 CO2を含有する透過流を該膜の表側から回収し、それによってガス流からC O2を選択的に除去することを特徴とするCO2含有ガス流からCO2を分離する 方法。 10.CO2を含有するガス流からCO2の分離を可能にするのに十分な特性を 有する非多孔質膜を製造する方法であって、溶媒、親水性ポリマーならびに、そ の塩がポリマーおよび塩の全重量に基づいて約10ないし約80重量%の範囲の 量で存在する、少なくとも1種のアミノ酸の塩の注型溶液を形成し; 該溶液を基材に注入し;次いで 該溶媒を蒸発させ、それによって非多孔質膜を形成することを特徴とする方法 。 11.該塩が、式: [式中、R1、R2およびR3は、水素または1ないし4個の炭素原子を有するア ルキル基であり、nは0ないし4の範囲の整数であり、Am+は1ないし3の原子 価を有し、かつ金属および式: (式中、R4およびR5は水素または1ないし4個の炭素原子を有するアルキル基 であり;R6は水素、1ないし4個の炭素原子のアルキル基、または2ないし6 個の炭素および1ないし4個の窒素原子のアルキルアミンであり、yは1ないし 4までの範囲の整数であり、かつmはカチオンの原子価に等しい整数である) を有するアミンカチオンから選択されるカチオンである] を有する塩から選択される請求の範囲第10項の方法。 12.該ポリマー溶液に架橋剤を添加することを含む請求の範囲第11項の方 法。
