Abstract
Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.支持体並びに有機カルボン酸の実質的に非感光性の銀塩と触媒的に関連する 感光性ハロゲン化銀、それと熱作用関係にある有機カルボン酸の該実質的に非感 光性の銀塩のための有機還元剤および結合剤を含んでなるフォトアドレス可能で 熱で現像可能な要素を含んでなるフォトサーモグラフィ記録材料であって、該結 合剤が非−蛋白質系の水溶性結合剤、非−蛋白質系の水−分散性結合剤または非 −蛋白質系の水溶性結合剤と非−蛋白質系の水−分散性結合剤の混合物を含んで なることを特徴とするフォトサーモグラフィ記録材料。 2.該結合剤が重合体ラテックスである、請求の範囲第1項記載のフォトサーモ グラフィ記録材料。 3.該重合体ラテックスが47.5重量%のメタクリル酸メチル、47.5重量% のブタジエンおよび5重量%のイタコン酸よりなる三元共重合体の水性分散液; 50重量%のアクリル酸エチル、33.5重量%のメタクリル酸メチルおよび1 6.5重量%のメタクリル酸よりなる三元共重合体の水性分散液;95重量%の アクリル酸エチルおよび5重量%のメタクリル酸よりなる共重合体の水性;並び にリネオリックに富んだ脂肪酸をベースにした短油ウレタンアルキド樹脂エマル ションの水性分散液よりなる群から選択される、請求の範囲第2項記載のフォト サーモグラフィ記録材料。 3.該結合剤がジエン−単量体およびメタクリレートよりなる群から選択される 単量体単位を含んでなる重合体である、請求の範囲第1または2項に記載のフォ トサーモグラフィ記録材料。 4.該結合剤がスチレンおよびアクリレートよりなる群から選択される 単量体単位を含んでなる重合体である、請求の範囲第1または2項に記載のフォ トサーモグラフィ記録材料。 6.該フォトアドレス可能で熱で現像可能な要素が、保護層が付与されている、 前記請求の範囲のいずれかに記載のフォトサーモグラフィ記録材料。 7.該フォトアドレス可能で熱で現像可能な要素がさらに波長範囲600〜11 00nmにおける吸収極大を有する染料を含んでなる、前記請求の範囲のいずれ かに記載のフォトサーモグラフィ記録材料。 8.(i)有機カルボン酸の実質的に非感光性の銀塩の粒子の懸濁液を製造し、 (ii)フォトサーモグラフィ像形成に必要な成分を含有する1種の水性分散液ま たは複数の水性分散液を製造し、 (iii)該1種の水性分散液または複数の水性分散液を支持体上にコーテイング する段階を含んでなる、請求の範囲第1〜7項のいずれかに記載のフォトサーモ グラフィ記録材料の製造方法。 9.有機カルボン酸またはその塩の水溶液または懸濁液、および銀塩の水溶液の 水性液体への同時計量添加、並びに該有機カルボン酸またはその塩の該水溶液ま たは懸濁液の該計量添加により有機カルボン酸の実質的に非感光性の銀塩の粒子 の該懸濁液を製造し、および/または該銀塩の該水溶液を該水性液体中の銀イオ ンの濃度または該銀塩のアニオンの濃度により調節する、請求の範囲第8項記載 の方法。 10.該方法がさらに該感光性ハロゲン化銀の粒子を有機カルボン酸の該実質的 に非感光性の銀塩の粒子と関連している過剰の銀イオンから製造する段階を含ん でなる、請求の範囲第8または9項に記載のフォトサーモグラフィ記録材料の製 造方法。 11.(i)請求の範囲第1〜7項のいずれかに記載のフォトサーモグラフィ記 録材料を該フォトサーモグラフィ記録材料が感受性である化学線源に像通りに露 呈し、そして(ii)該像通りに露呈されたフォトサーモグラフィ記録材料を熱的 に現像する段階を含んでなるフォトサーモグラフィ記録方法。
