Abstract
Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. スラグ供給材料流れをロールプレスにかけることでロールプレスケーキ を生じさせ、このプレスにかけたケーキを脱凝集装置にかけることで粉末材料を 生じさせ、この粉末材料を分級装置にかけることで粉砕スラグ粉末を分離して回 収する一方、該材料の残りを該ロールプレス供給材料流れに戻すことを通して、 高炉スラグ粒状物を粉砕スラグ粉末に変換する方法であって、ここでの改良が、 少なくとも25,000の重量平均分子量を有するポリアクリル酸もしくはそれ のアルカリ金属塩またはそれらの混合物を該ロールプレスへのスラグ供給材料の 全重量を基準にして0.002から0.3重量パーセント含みかつ水を約0.1 から4重量パーセント含む組み合わせを該スラグ供給材料流れに供給することを 含む方法。 2. 該ポリアクリル酸を固体状ポリマーが中に約10から50重量パーセン ト入っている水溶液として供給する請求の範囲第1項の方法。 3. 該ポリアクリル酸と水全体を前以て混合しておいて一緒に供給する請求 の範囲第1項の方法。 4. 該ポリアクリル酸が約50,000から500,000の重量平均分子 量を有する請求の範囲第2項の方法。 5. 該ポリアクリル酸を該ロールプレス供給材料の全体を基準にして約0. 01から0.2重量パーセントの用量で供給しかつ水を0.1から2重量パーセ ントの量で供給する請求の範囲第4項の方法。 6. 高炉スラグ粒状物をロールプレス工程で粉砕する時に用いるに有用な粉 砕補助組成物であって、少なくとも25,000の重量平均分子量を有するポリ アクリル酸もしくはそれのアルカリ金属塩またはそれ らの混合物が中に約10から50重量パーセント溶解している水溶液で構成させ た粉砕補助組成物。 7. 上記水溶液に更に少なくとも1種のトリ(C2−C4ヒドロキシアルキル )アミンが入っている請求の範囲第6項の粉砕補助組成物。 8. 上記ヒドロキシアルキル基が2つ以下の数でC1−C5アルキル基(類) に置き換わっている請求の範囲第7項の粉砕補助組成物。 9. 該ポリアクリル酸が約50,000から500,000の重量平均分子 量を有する請求の範囲第6項の粉砕補助組成物。 10. 該ポリアクリル酸が約50,000から500,000の重量平均分 子量を有する請求の範囲第7項の粉砕補助組成物。 11. 該ポリアクリル酸が約50,000から500,000の重量平均分 子量を有する請求の範囲第8項の粉砕補助組成物。
