- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.下式 (上式中、Eは各々独立に、水素、ハロゲン、アリール又は連鎖延長もしくは架 橋することのできる反応性基で置換されたアリール、又はトリアルキルシロキシ 部分であり、 R1は、各々独立に、C1-20ヒドロカルビル又はS、N、O、PもしくはSi のヘテロ原子を1以上含むC1-20ヒドロカルビルであり、又は2つのR1はフル オレン環の9位の炭素と共に、C5-20環構造又はS、NもしくはOのヘテロ原子 を1以上含むC4-20環構造を形成してもよく、 R2は、各々独立に、C1-20ヒドロカルビル、C1-20ヒドロカルビルオキシ、 C1-20チオエーテル、C1-20ヒドロカルビルオキシカルボニル、C1-20ヒドロカ ルビルカルボニルオキシ、又はシアノであり、 R3は、各々独立に、C1-20ヒドロカルビル、又はジ(C1-20アルキル)アミ ノ、C1-20ヒドロカルビルオキシ、トリ(C1-10アルキル)シロキシもしくはC1-20 ヒドロカルビルで置換したC1-20ヒドロカルビルであり、 aは、各々独立に、0〜1の数であり、そして m及びnは負でない数であり、n+mは10以上である) を有し、5未満の多分散度を有する化合物。 2.Eが各々独立に、アリール、ヒドロキシで置換したアリール、グリシジル エーテル、アクリレートエステル、メタクリレートエステル、エテニル、エチニ ル、マレイミド、ナジミド、トリアルキルシロキシ、トリフルオロビニルエーテ ル部分、又はベンゾシクロブテンであり、 R1がC1-12アルキル、C6-10アリール、アルキル置換アリール、C4-16ヒド ロカルビルカルボキシレート又は(C9-16アリール)トリアルキルシロキシであ り、 R2がC1-12アルキル、C6-10アリール、アルキル置換アリール、C1-12アル コキシ、C1-12アルコキシカルボニル、C6-10アリールオキシカルボニル、アル キル置換アリールオキシカルボニル、C1-12アルキルカルボニルオキシ、C6-10 アリールカルボニルオキシ、アルキル置換アリールカルボニルオキシ、C6-10ア リールオキシ、アルキル置換アリールオキシ、シアノ、又はC1-20アルキルチオ であり、 R3が、好ましくはC1-20直鎖もしくは分枝鎖脂肪族、1以上の環式脂肪族環 を含むC1-20直鎖もしくは分枝鎖脂肪族、又はフェニル部分であり、これは所望 によりジ(C1-20アルキル)アミノ、C1-20ヒドロカルビル、トリ(C1-10アル キル)シロキシ又はC1-20ヒドロカルビルオキシ部分で置換していてもよい、請 求項1記載の化合物。 3.Eが下式 で表されるアクリレートもしくはメタクリレートエステル、又は下 式 −C(R7)=C(R7)H で表されるエテニル部分、又は下式 で表されるベンゾシクロブテン部分であり、 R5が、各々独立に、水素又はC1-4アルキルであり、 R6が、各々独立に、水素又はC1-20ヒドロカルビルであり、 R7が、各々独立に、水素、C1-20ヒドロカルビル又はC1-20ヒドロカルビル オキシであり、 R8が、各々独立に、C1-20アルキル、C1-20アルコキシ、C1-20アルキルチ オ、C6-20アリール、C6-20アリールオキシ、C6-20アリールチオ、C7-20アラ ルコキシ、C7-20アルカリールオキシ、C7-20アルカリールチオ、C7-20アラル キル、C7-20アラルキルチオ、シアノ、カルボキシレート、C1-20ヒドロカルビ ルカルボニルオキシ、C1-20ヒドロカルビルスルフィニル、C1-20ヒドロカルビ ルスルホニル、又はアミノであり、 R9が、各々独立に、シアノ、カルボキシレート、C1-20ヒドロカルビルカル ボニルオキシ、C1-20ヒドロカルビルスルホニル、C1-20ヒドロカルビルスルフ ィニル、C1-20アルキル、アミド、C1-20ヒドロカルビルオキシであり、 cが、各々独立に、0〜3の整数であり、そして eが、各々独立に、0〜2の整数である、請求項2記載の化合物。 4.9-置換フルオレンオリゴマー又はポリマーの製造方法であっ て、触媒量の二価ニッケル塩、少なくとも理論量の亜鉛粉末、トリヒドロカルビ ルホスフィン及び所定量の反応を促進することのできる化合物の存在下において 、極性溶媒及び所望により芳香族炭化水素もしくはエーテルを含む補助溶媒中で 、9-置換フルオレンオリゴマー又はポリマーを形成するに十分な条件において、 2,7-ジハロ-9- 置換フルオレンを接触させることを含む方法。 5.2,7-ジハロ-9- 置換フルオレンが下式 で表され、9-置換フルオレンオリゴマーもしくはポリマーが下式 で表され、上式中、R1は、各々独立に、C1-20ヒドロカルビル又はS、N、O 、PもしくはSiのヘテロ原子を1以上含むC1-20ヒドロカルビルであり、又は 2つのR1はフルオレン環の9位の炭素と共に、C5-20環構造又はヘテロ原子を 1以上含むC4-20環構造を形成してもよく、 R2は、各々独立に、C1-20ヒドロカルビル、C1-20ヒドロカルビルオキシ、 C1-20チオエーテル、C1-20ヒドロカルビルオキシカルボニル、C1-20ヒドロカ ルビルカルボニルオキシ、又はシアノで あり、 R3は、各々独立に、C1-20ヒドロカルビル、又はジ(C1-20アルキル)アミ ノ、C1-20ヒドロカルビルオキシもしくはC1-20ヒドロカルビルで置換したC1- 20 ヒドロカルビルであり、 aは0又は1の数であり、 mは1以上の数であり、 nは0以上の数であり、 m+nは10以上であり、 Xはハロゲン部分である、請求項4記載の方法。 6.反応混合物が、式X−F(式中、Xは、各々独立に、アリール、ヒドロキ シで置換したアリール、グリシジルエーテル、アクリレートエステル、メタクリ レートエステル、エテニル、エチニル、マレイミド、ナジミド、トリフルオロビ ニルエーテル部分、又はベンゾシクロブテンであり、R1は、各々独立に、C3-1 2 アルキル、C6-10アリール、C4-16ヒドロカルビルカルボニルオキシ又は(C9 -16 アリール)トリアルキルシロキシである) の化合物をさらに含む、請求項4記載の方法。 7.アクリレートもしくはメタクリレートエステルが下式 で表され、エテニル部分が下式 −C(R7)=C(R7)H で表され、ベンゾシクロブテンが下式 (上式中、R5は、各々独立に、水素又はC1-4アルキルであり、 R6は、各々独立に、水素、C1-20ヒドロカルビル又はC1-20ヒドロカルビル オキシであり、 R7は、各々独立に、水素、C1-20ヒドロカルビル又はC1-20ヒドロカルビル オキシであり、 R8は、各々独立に、C1-20アルキル、C1-20アルコキシ、C1-20アルキルチ オ、C6-20アリール、C6-20アリールオキシ、C6-20アリールチオ、C7-20アラ ルコキシ、C7-20アルカリールオキシ、C7-20アルカリールチオ、C7-20アラル キル、C7-20アラルキルチオ、シアノ、カルボキシレート、C1-20ヒドロカルビ ルカルボニルオキシ、C1-20ヒドロカルビルスルフィニル、C1-20ヒドロカルビ ルスルホニル、又はC1-20ジアルキルアミノであり、 R9は、各々独立に、シアノ、カルボキシレート、C1-20ヒドロカルビルカル ボニルオキシ、ニトロ、ハロ、C1-20ヒドロカルビルスルホニル、C1-20ヒドロ カルビルスルフィニル、C1-20アルキル、アミド、C1-20ヒドロカルビルオキシ であり、 bは、各々独立に、0〜3の整数であり、 cは、各々独立に、0〜3の整数であり、そして eは、各々独立に、0〜2の数である、請求項6記載の方法。 8.式X−Fのハロ芳香族化合物に対する2,7-ジハロ-9- 置換フルオレンのモ ル比が0.5:1〜50:1であり、二価ニッケル塩がハロ芳香族化合物と2,7-ジハ ロフルオレンの量の0.01〜20モルパーセントの量存在し、亜鉛粉末がハロ芳香族 化合物と2,7-ジハロフルオレンの量の100 〜300 モルパーセントの量存在し、ト リアリールホスフィンがハロ芳香族化合物と2,7-ジハロフルオレンの量の10〜50 モルパーセントの量存在し、そして反応を促進することのできる化合物の量が二 価塩の100 〜150 モルパーセントである、請求項7記載 の方法。 9.下式I又はII (上式中、R1は、各々独立に、C1-20ヒドロカルビル又はS、N、O、Pもし くはSiのヘテロ原子を1以上含むC1-20ヒドロカルビルであり、又は2つのR1 はフルオレン環の9位の炭素と共に、C5-20環構造又はS、NもしくはOのヘ テロ原子を1以上含むC4-20環構造を形成してもよく、 R2は、各々独立に、C1-20ヒドロカルビル、C1-20ヒドロカルビルオキシ、 C1-20チオエーテル、C1-20ヒドロカルビルカルボニルオキシ、又はシアノであ り、 R3は、C1-20直鎖もしくは分枝鎖脂肪族、環式脂肪族環を1以上含むC3-20 直鎖もしくは分枝鎖脂肪族、C6-20アリール、C7-20アルキル置換アリール部分 であり、C1-20脂肪族もしくは環式脂肪族環を1以上含むC3-20脂肪族は、ジ( C1-20アルキル)アミノ、C1-20ヒドロカルビルオキシ、トリ(C1-10アルキル )シロキシもしくはC1-20ヒドロカルビルで置換していてもよく、 aは、各々独立に、0〜1の数であり、そして Xはハロゲン部分である) で表される置換フルオレン。 10.aが0である、請求項9記載の置換フルオレン。
