- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.a)容器(31)を有し、この容器に処理ガスとこの処理ガスを浄化するた めの吸着/吸収剤が少なくとも1つの供給口(33)を介して供給可能、且つこ の容器から清浄ガスが少なくとも1つの排出口(35)を介して排出可能であり 、 b)容器(31)内に可動バッフル(39)が設けられており、これらの可動バ ッフルが可撓性旋回要素(43)を有する 排煙浄化装置において、 c)これらの可撓性旋回要素(43)が、回転可能に駆動される少なくとも1つ の軸(39)に配置されており、 d)前記少なくとも1つの軸(39)が容器の縦軸線に対して垂直に配置されて いる ことを特徴とする装置。 2.可撓性旋回要素(43)がチェーン又はロープとして構成されていることを 特徴とする請求の範囲1記載の装置。 3.可撓性旋回要素(43)が螺旋に沿って単数又は複数の軸(39)の周面に 配置されていることを特徴とする請求の範囲1又は2記載の装置。 4.可撓性旋回要素(43)がそれぞれ軸線方向で分割されて複数の群として単 数又は複数の軸(39)に設けられていることを特徴とする請求の範囲1乃至3 のいずれか1項記載の装置。 5.各軸(39)の群が、それぞれ同じ部分内で、軸(39)に対して垂直な2 つの平面の間に設けられていることを特徴とする請求の範囲4記載の装置。 6.容器(31)の縦軸線が実質的に垂直又は水平に延びていることを特徴とす る請求の範囲1乃至5のいずれか1項記載の装置。 7.容器(31)が、実質的に矩形の横断面を有することを特徴とする請求の範 囲1乃至6のいずれか1項記載の装置。 8.軸(39)に対して平行な容器(31)の壁が、複数の部分円筒形領域(3 1b)からなる内面を有し、各軸(39)が実質的に部分円筒の軸線上に設けら れていることを特徴とする請求の範囲7記載の装置。 9.軸(39)に対して垂直な容器壁の内面に、ガス・吸着/吸収剤混合物の流 れを容器中心の方向に転向させる流れ案内要素が設けられており、又は内面の領 域がそのように構成されていることを特徴とする請求の範囲7又は8記載の装置 。 10.処理ガス及び吸着/吸収剤用に少なくとも各1つの供給口が設けられてい ることを特徴とする請求の範囲1乃至9のいずれか1項記載の装置。 11.並流原理又は向流原理で処理ガスの浄化が行われるように、少なくとも1 つの処理ガス供給口(33)と少なくとも1つの吸着/吸収剤供給口と少なくと も1つの清浄ガス排出口(35)が容器(31)の軸線方向末端領域に配置され ていることを特徴とする請求の範囲10記載の装置。 12.吸着/吸収剤集合装置(45)が容器(31)に設けられていることを特 徴とする請求の範囲1乃至11のいずれか1項記載の装置。 13.容器(31)の縦軸線が垂直であるとき、集合装置(45)が容器の底側 正面に設けられていることを特徴とする請求の範囲12記載の装置。 14.容器(31)の縦軸線が水平であるとき、集合装置(45)が容器壁の底 側領域に設けられていることを特徴とする請求の範囲12記載の装置。 15.集合装置(45)のコンベヤ(47)が容器壁の底側領域の全長にわたっ て、又はガス排出側に隣接する領域にわたって、延びていることを特徴とする請 求の範囲14記載の装置。 16.集合装置(45)のコンベヤ(47)が吸着/吸収剤を集合シャフト(5 1)内に送り、この集合シャフトから所定割合の吸着/吸収剤が回路の態様で容 器(31)に再び供給可能であり、集合シャフト内にある吸着/吸収剤が容器の ガス供給側とガス排出側との間に圧力差を維持するのに役立つことを特徴とする 請求の範囲12乃至15のいずれか1項記載の装置。 17.所定割合の吸着/吸収剤を廃棄のために排出する排出装置(59)が集合 シャフト(51)内に設けられていることを特徴とする請求の範囲16記載の装 置。 18.容器(31)に吸着/吸収剤供給装置(37)が設けられており、この吸 着/吸収剤供給装置が好ましくは集合シャフトに結合されていることを特徴とす る請求の範囲1乃至17のいずれか1項記載の装置。 19.吸着/吸収剤供給装置(37)が、所定の含水率に至るまで水を混入する 装置を含むことを特徴とする請求の範囲18記載の装置。 20.吸着/吸収剤として水酸化カルシウム(Ca(OH)2)が使用され、生 石灰(CaO)と水とで製造される石灰乳を混入する装置が水混入装置の代わり に設けられていることを特徴とする請求の範囲19記載の装置。 21.粒径5mmまでの水酸化ケイ酸カルシウム(CaSiOH)が吸着/吸収 剤として使用されることを特徴とする請求の範囲1乃至19のいずれか1項記載 の装置。
