Abstract
Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.a)硬化性エポキシ樹脂0.1重量%〜50重量%(ただし、重量%は全樹脂組成 物を基準にする)と; b)該硬化性エポキシ樹脂用の有効量の硬化剤と; c)完全プレポリマ化未架橋炭化水素ポリオレフィン樹脂および少なくとも1つ の極性基で官能基化された完全プレポリマ化未架橋ポリオレフィン樹脂のうちの 少なくとも1つの樹脂50重量%〜99.9重量%(ただし、重量%は全樹脂組成物を 基準にする)と; を含んでなる硬化性組成物であって、しかも該炭化水素ポリオレフィンは、全樹 脂組成物の25重量%〜99.9重量%の範囲内で存在し、該官能基化ポリオレフィン は、全樹脂組成物の0重量%〜49.9重量%の範囲内で存在し、更に該組成物には 、エポキシ化された天然ゴムおよび/または合成ゴムはいずれも含まれない前記 硬化性組成物。 2.前記硬化性エポキシが、0.1 重量%〜40 重量%の範囲内で存在し、かつ 前記完全プレポリマ化ポリオレフィンが、60重量%〜99.9重量%の範囲内で存在 する請求項1記載の硬化性組成物。 3.前記エポキシ樹脂が、1,2-エポキシド、1,3-エポキシド、および1,4-エポ キシドのうちの少なくとも1つを含有する請求項1記載の硬化性組成物。 4.前記エポキシ樹脂が、脂肪族、脂環式、芳香族、およびヘテロ環式のモノ エポキシドまたはポリエポキシドのうちの少なくとも1つを含有する請求項1記 載の硬化性組成物。 5.前記エポキシ樹脂が、二反応性モノマを含有する請求項1記載の硬化性組 成物。 6.前記炭化水素ポリオレフィンが、少なくとも1つのα-オレ フィンまたはそのコポリマを含有する請求項1記載の硬化性組成物。 7.前記官能基化ポリオレフィンの前記極性基が、O、N、S、P、またはハ ロゲンから成る群より選ばれた少なくとも1つのヘテロ原子を含有する請求項1 記載の硬化性組成物。 8.前記硬化剤が、光活性カチオン触媒および熱硬化剤のうちの少なくとも1 つである請求項1記載の硬化性組成物。 9.前記触媒が、オニウム塩光開始剤である請求項8記載の硬化性組成物。 10.前記触媒が、カチオン有機金属錯塩である請求項8記載の硬化性組成物 。 11.前記熱硬化剤が、脂肪族または芳香族の第一級、第二級、または第三級 のアミンである請求項8記載の硬化性組成物。 12.前記熱硬化剤が、三フッ化ホウ素錯体、イミダゾール、ヒドラジン、お よびグアニジンから成る群より選ばれる請求項8記載の硬化性組成物。 13.半相互侵入ポリマ網目である請求項1記載の硬化組成物。 14.自立性フィルムである請求項13記載の硬化組成物。 15.フォーム、ファイバ、またはビーズである請求項13記載の硬化組成物 。 16.支持体上の保護用被覆物または装飾用被覆物である請求項13記載の硬 化組成物。 17.前記自立性フィルムが、テープ用の接着剤またはバッキングである請求 項14記載の硬化組成物。 18.前記支持体が、金属またはポリマである請求項16記載の硬化組成物。 19.不織布製品である請求項13記載の硬化組成物。 20.少なくともV-1に分類されるUL-94に規定された難燃性を呈する請求項1 3記載の硬化組成物。 21.(a)硬化性エポキシ樹脂と、該硬化性エポキシ樹脂用の有効量の硬化剤 と、完全プレポリマ化未架橋炭化水素ポリオレフィン樹脂および完全プレポリマ 化未架橋官能基化ポリオレフィン樹脂のうちの少なくとも1つの樹脂と、を混合 する工程(ただし、この組成物には、エポキシ化された天然ゴムおよび/または 合成ゴムが含まれないものとする)と; (b)該混合物を、支持体、型、もしくは貯蔵用容器に注ぐ工程、または該混合 物を処理して自立性フィルムを作製する工程と; (c)それ以後の任意の時点で、該硬化剤を活性化して、半相互侵入ポリマ網目 を形成する工程と; を含む方法。 22.前記エポキシ樹脂および前記光触媒を別々の工程で添加する請求項21 記載の方法。 23.前記組成物が、前記樹脂用の有効量の促進剤を更に含有する請求項21 記載の方法。 24.前記組成物が、硬化された前記半相互侵入ポリマ網目の物理的特性を変 化させるのに必要な有効量の補助剤を更に含有する請求項21記載の方法。 25.連続処理である請求項21記載の方法。 26.バッチ処理である請求項21記載の方法。 27.前記混合工程が、前記硬化剤の熱活性化温度未満の温度で行われる請求 項21記載の方法。
