Abstract
PURPOSE: To improve selective absorption and reduce heat radiation by a method wherein the surface a collector body made of aluminum group metal is provided in order with substituted film layer such as zinc, plated layer such as nickel, and tin-molybdenum-transition metallic alloy.
CONSTITUTION: A collector body 1 which is extrusion molded by aluminum alloy, such as sodium hydroxide 500g/l, zinc hydroxide 100g/l, ferric chloride 1g/l, Rochelle salt 10g/l is coated with zinc substituted film 2 (tin substituted film is acceptable) under the temperature 16W27°C with time of 30secW1min. Next, the surface is coated directly with 3μ thickness of lustrous nickel plating layer 4 (zinc, tni or copper plating layer is acceptable) or coated through 2μ thickness of strike copper plating layer 3, further, on the top thereof, for example, 0.2μ thickness of tin-transition metal-molybdenum alloy plating layer 5 (alloy black layer) is formed.
