Abstract

PURPOSE: To make it possible to adjust a humidity-resistance curve by enlarging the change width of a resistance value and changing the mixing ratio of materials which constitute a humidity-sensitive film.
CONSTITUTION: humidity-sensitive film 4 is so formed that film 4 may cover comb- shaped electrodes 2 and 3 provided on insulating substrate 1. Lead terminals 5 and 6 are connected to electrodes 2 and 3 respectively. Humidity-sensitive film 4 consists of an inorganic polymer having zirconium as a main material and an organic high polymer having a soluble property to the inorganic polymer having zirconium as a main material. For example, respective materials are mixed with a prescribed ratio, and ethyl alcohol is added to make materials into paste. and this paste is applied and printed onto insulating substrate 1, thereby obtaining humidity-sensitive film 4.
