Abstract
PURPOSE: To recover an excellent refractory material products through an inexpensive efficient hydrogen chloride removal in dry type hydrogen chloride removal from waste gas by injecting Ca based or Mg based aqueous solution into combustion chamber.
CONSTITUTION: When removing hydrogen chloride from waste gas produced in industrial waste incinerator, etc., chemical injected into combustion chamber uses an aqueous solution or slurry based on Ca or Mg such as magnesium hydroxide or calcium hydrogen carbonate. This produces highly refractory product, or salt of reaction product with hydrochloric acid, without causing any clinker trouble in processing. Such product is recovered as powder in electric dust collector. In this way, hydrochloric acid is economically and efficiently removed.
