Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 本発明の対象は、一般式〈１ン （式中Ｘは水素−１塩素−又は臭Ｘ原子を意味する）の
新規なネーヴイブルーの分散染料、その製法及び該染料
な合成繊維材料の染色又は捺染に使用する方法である。
前記一般式（１）の染料は、ドイツ特許明細書第２８５
５８５４号の染料とはカップリング成分に於てプロピオ
ニルアミノ基の代りにアセチルアミノ基を含有し、その
際式（１）中のアセチルアミノ基及びイソブチルアミノ
基の組合せが重要であることによってのみ異なる。本発
明による染料は上記ドイツ特許明細書の染料に比較して
殊に著しく改善された親和力で優れている。
一般式（１）Ｋ属する染料一式中Ｘは塩素原子を意味す
る−は上記ドイツ特許明細書の表中で示しである下記式 の染料第４号と同一の分子量を有するけれども、該染料
は公知の染料より改善された親和力及び染料から得られ
る高い染色収率で著しく優れている・ 本発明により染料は合成繊維材料例えばセルロース−２
３４−アセテート、セルムーストリアセテート、ポリア
ミド及び特にポリエステルの染色又は捺染に適する。更
に本染料は巻体の染色の際沈殿物を与えない。ポリエス
テル繊維材料上の染色及び捺染は殊に良好な日光−及び
排気ガス竪牢性を有し、反応に対する感受性かはんの僅
かてありそしてポリエステル−羊毛−混合繊物中のポリ
エステル分の染色に適する。
本発明による染料の製造は公知方法により一般式（２） （式中Ｘは水素−１塩素−又は臭素原子を意味する）の
ジアゾ成分のジアゾ化及び得られるジアゾニウム化合物
とカップリング成分である一般式（５） ％式％ の２−イソブチルアきノー４−アセトアミノ−１−β−
メトキシエトキシ−ベンゼン゛とのカップリングにより
行われる。
ジアゾ化は例えば硫酸中でニトロシル硫酸を用いそそし
てカップリングはジアゾ溶液をカップリング成分の水性
−硫酸溶液に流入させて行われる。
本発明による染料からなる染色配合物の製造は分散剤と
磨砕して行われる。
１ｉ１ ２．４−ジニトロ−アニリン１８３重量部を９６％硫酸
８２４部に２０〜２５℃で導入しそして攪拌下溶解する
・引き続いて二）ｏシル硫酸（４０％）５２４重量部を
５〜１０’Ｃで導入しそして６時間この温度で攪拌する
。
得られるジアゾ溶液を水１０００重量部、氷２５００重
量部及び硫酸（９６％）１００重量部中に２−インブチ
ルアミノ−４−アセトアミノ−１−β−メトキシエトキ
シ−ベンゼン２８０重量部を含む溶液に流入させる・こ
の場合温度を氷の添加によ、６’−ｏ、ｓ℃に保つ、５
０分間抜撹拌し、５０〜５５℃に加熱し、ろ過しそして
水で洗浄して酸を除く、乾燥後式 ％式％ の染料４０３重量部が得られる。これは、配合物に変え
る場合、ポリエステル繊維材料上で良好１ｋｌｌ牢性を
有する帯赤ネーヴイブルーの染色を与える。
例　　２ ６−クロル−２，４−ジニトロ−アユ９フ２１フ、５重
量部を硫酸（９６％）５６４重量ＷｊＡＫ溶解しセして
二）ｏシル硫酸（４０％）３２９重量部で３５〜４０℃
でジアゾ化する。ジアゾ溶液を例１に於て記載せる如く
、カップリング成分である２−インブチルアンノー４−
アセトアミノ−１−β−メトキシエトキシ−ぺ／ゼンの
仕込溶＊に流入させそしてその他は例１に於て記載の如
〈実施する。
ＣＡＴ　　ＭＨＣＯＣへ の染料４３２重量部が得られ、これは、配合物に変える
場合、ポリエステル繊維材料上で良好な使用堅牢性を有
するネーヴイブルーの染色を与える。
例　　３ ＮＩＫ！るｔ５−’ロムー２．４−　ジニトロ７＝リン
２６２重量部のジアゾ化後得られるジアゾ溶液を、例１
に１於て記載の如く、カップリング成分である２−イソ
ブチルアミノ−４−アセチルアミノ−１−β−メトキシ
エトキシ−ベンゼンの仕込溶液に流入しそして乾燥後式 ％式％ の染料４６９重量部が得られ、これは、配合物え Ｋｉｌ場合、ポリエステル繊維材料上で良好な使用堅牢
性を有するネーヴイブルーの染色を与える。

    分散染料。 ２式 で示される化合物である特許請求の範囲第１項記載の分
    散染料。 五　一般式（１） （式中Ｘは水素−１塩素−又は臭素原子を意味する）の
    分散染料を製造するために、公知の方法により一般式（
    ２） （式中Ｘは水素−１塩素−又は臭素原子を意味する）の
    ジアゾ成分をジアゾ化しそして得られるジアゾニウム化
    合物をカップリング成分である一般式（！１） ＮＨＣＯ（３Ｈｓ の２−インブチルアミノ−４−アセトアミノ−１−β−
    メトキシエトキシ−ベンゼンとカツブリングすることを
    特徴とする。上記製法。 痕　一般式（１） （式中Ｘは水素−１塩素−又は臭素原子を意味する）の
    分散染料を合成繊維材料の染色又は捺染に使用する方法
    。
