Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. モータを取付けたモータ取付ベースとハウジングが連設
    され、その内にモータ主動軸とモータ主動軸の回転を伝
    達する従動軸とが減速機を介して装着され、前記減速機
    は楕円状のカムとその外周にはめたホールベアリングよ
    りなり、ベアリングの内輪はカムに固定され、外輪はボ
    ールを介して弾性変形をするウェーブ・ジェネレータと
    ；薄肉でカップ状の金属弾性体で、開口部外周が外歯車
    であり、該開口部が前記ウェーブ・ジェネレータにより
    楕円状にたわめられるフレキシブル・スプラインという
    、リング状の剛体で内周には前記フレキシブル・スプラ
    インの歯車と同ピツチで歯数が前記フレキシブル・スプ
    ラインより２枚多い歯がきざまれで、楕円状のフレキシ
    ブル・スプラインの長軸部分と歯が噛み合っているサー
    キュラ・スプラインとの３部分よりなり、ウェーブ・ジ
    ェネレータは前記モータ主動軸にフレキシブル・スプラ
    インは前記従動軸に結合され、サーキュラ・スプライン
    は前記ハウジングに固定されている減速装置において、
    サーキュラ・スプラインの内周に沿って設けた溝及びこ
    の溝から直径方向に設けた複数個の貫通穴と、サーキュ
    ラ・スプライン外周部に接したハウジングの内径に設け
    た前記貫通穴に合わせ、前記モータ主動軸と平行の溝と
    による油逃ぐ穴を備えたことを特徴とする減速装置。
