Claims (2)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）仕切壁で分離されそれぞれ異種の蒸発物を収容す
    る２つ以上の蒸発物収容室と、これら収容室と通じ単一
    の噴出口を有する１つの混合室と１、上記各収容室をそ
    れぞれ独立に加熱する加熱手段と、上記各収容室にそれ
    ぞれ取付けた温度検出器とを具備することを特徴とした
    蒸着装置。
  2. （２）上記混合室は、加熱手段及び温度検出器を有して
    いる実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の蒸着装置。
