装置の縦断面図であり、第１Ｂ図は、その横断面
図である。第２図は、従来の固体撮像装置を示す
断面図である。 図において、５は金属細線、７はスクリーン樹
脂、８はモールド樹脂、１０は固体撮像素子、１
１はウエハ基板、１２は受光領域、２０はカラー
フイルタ、２１は光学ガラス、２２はフイルタ層
、４０はエポキシ系樹脂、４１は接着剤、９０は
リードフレーム、９１はマウント部、９１ａは平
板部、９１ｂは凸部、９２は外部リードである。
なお、各図中同一符号は同一または相当部分を示
す。

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 ウエハ基板と、該ウエハ基板表面に形成される
    受光領域とから構成される固体撮像素子と、 前記受光領域を囲むように前記ウエハ基板表面
    に設けられる樹脂と、 前記固体撮像素子をダイボンデイングするため
    のマウント部と、前記固体撮像素子の電気信号を
    外部に取出すための外部リードとを含むリードフ
    レームとを備え、 前記マウント部は、矩形の平板部と、該平板部
    の対向する１組の各端部に連なり、その高さが前
    記固体撮像素子の高さとほぼ等しい凸部とから構
    成されて、該平板部に前記固体撮像素子をダイボ
    ンデイングするようになつており、 前記固体撮像素子と前記外部リードとを接続す
    るための金属細線と、 光学ガラスと、該光学ガラス表面に形成される
    フイルタ層とから構成され、前記固体撮像素子上
    に前記樹脂を介して設けられるカラーフイルタと
    を備え、 前記フイルタ層は前記受光領域上に位置するよ
    うに配置されており、 前記カラーフイルタの前記光学ガラスは前記マ
    ウント部の前記凸部に接着固定されており、 前記マウント部と、前記外部リードの一部と、
    前記固体撮像素子と、前記金属細線と、前記樹脂
    と、前記カラーフイルタとを一体的に封止するモ
    ールド樹脂とを備えた固体撮像装置。
