Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 この発明はセメントモルタル、その他アルカリ塩を含む
水性硬化素材に印刷図柄を施す方法に関する。
モルタルその他の水性硬化素材は、低コストで不燃性の
建築用塗材又は成形素材として広く使われているが、こ
れに直接、任意の印刷図柄を施すことは困難であつた。
その１つの方法として本発明者は既に、いわゆる水溶紙
に図柄を印刷してこれをモルタル等に印刷面を面して貼
付し、硬化後に水で水溶成分を水洗除去する印刷美装法
をあみ出したのであるが、水洗工程は大量の水を要し、
かつ大量の廃棄物を生ずるのみでなく、図柄を損傷し易
く、生産性が悪いという難点があつた。本発明はこれを
解決し、低コストで美麗な不燃建材類の量産や、現場に
おける建造物の印刷美装を可能にしようとするものであ
る。すなわち本発明はかかる水性硬化素材の多くがアル
カリ塩を含むことに着目したもので、これを実施例と共
に述べれば、真水には不溶であるが濃度２〜５％のか性
ソーダ水溶液、又はアンモニア水のように、アルカリ性
水溶液の中で容易に分散溶解する特殊耐水紙（商品名デ
イゾルボＡＫ、三島製紙に、に製）に図柄を印刷し、こ
れを型枠内に充填し、或いは所定基材に塗着した白色モ
ルタル類、その他適量のアルカリ塩を含む含水硬化素材
の表面に印刷面を面して貼付し、該硬化素材が硬化して
後、必要に応じ付着せる該貼付紙の上より水を塗布して
付着、滲透させ、しかる後、この紙を剥離するものであ
る。

Claims (1)

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. １ アルカリ水溶液に可溶で真水には不溶性の紙類に図
    柄を印刷し、これを適量のアルカリ塩を含む含水硬化素
    材に印刷面を面して貼付し、該硬化素材の硬化後に必要
    に応じ該貼付紙に水を付着滲透させ、印刷部分を残して
    不溶の紙部分を剥離することを特徴とする水性硬化素材
    の印刷美装法。
