解室、５，５ａ・・・溶湯昇温室、６，６ａ・・・溶解
バーナー、７，７ａ・・・昇温バーナー、８・・・中間
仕切り壁、９・・・保持室又は溶湯汲み出し室、１０・
・・溶湯保持室蓋、１１゜１１ａ・・・溶湯槽、１２，

Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 直立筒型タワー１の中間部へ炉芯を頂点とし、二方向下
    方傾斜の中間仕切り壁８を介して上部を溶解室４とし、
    下部に溶湯槽１１を備えた溶湯昇温室５を設け、溶解室
    ４の三箇所の底部付近側壁へ汎用バーナーである所要数
    の溶解バーナー６を備え、かつ、中間仕切り壁８の二方
    向下方傾斜端部に、前記溶解室４から下部の溶湯昇温室
    ５への溶湯通過用、及び溶湯昇温室５へ備えた昇温バー
    ナー７の燃焼ガス通過用の空隙１６を形成し、以って溶
    解バーナー６の直火にて急速溶解した溶湯がバーナー前
    に溜留する事な（、溶解バーナー燃焼室出口の下部へ設
    けた前記空隙１６を通過し、溶練昇温室５へ流下される
    べく構成しであることを特徴とする非鉄金属溶解炉。
