【発明の詳細な説明】
本発明は公知化合物を二種組み合せることによって特異
的に有効な毛髪の生長促進作用を示す養毛化粧料に関す
るものである。

本発剛者は如髪の脱毛が男性に多いことに着目し、女性
ホルモンと降圧剤ミノキシジル（２，４−ジアミノ−６
−ビペリジノビリミジンー３−オキサイド）を配合して
毛根部に塗布したところ、各々単独塗布に比べてさらに
優れた養毛作用を示すのを見い出し、本発明を完成する
にいたったものである。女性ホルモン、ミノキシジル共
にアルコール類、水などを溶媒として用いこれにヘア四
−シ冒ン、ヘアトニックなどの製造上通常用いられる香
料、シ潤剤、清涼剤、頭皮刺戟剤などを加えて成る溶液
ｌｌ中に、通常女性ホルモン（エストリールなと）０．
１〜１．ｏｆ、ミノキシジル１〜１０ｇの範囲で溶存せ
しめることにより、十分に目的を達成することができる
。本ｊｌｔ＆毛化粧料はその性質上ヘアローシタンタイ
プか最も効果的であるが、ヘアクリーム、ホ”マード等
のＳ質料として用いることも可能である。

マウスに対する女性ホルモン・ミノキシジル配合養毛剤
の効果 ＢＤＦ、♂マウス（６過動、平均３０ｇ）の背部を安全
カミソリで剃ったマウス１２匹を３匹ずつ４ ｙ′ｆ、
に分かち、各群に対して以下の混合溶液を剃毛翌日から
