その動作の説明図、第５図はスキャナドライバ出力の説
明図である。 図において１はレーザ、２はテレスコープ、３はスキャ
ナ、４はそのドライバ、５はミラー、５′はハーフミラ
−１６はレンズ、７は光ファイバ、８は光検知器、９．
９’　、９″はレーザ光線、１０は被検査体、１１はア
パーチャ、１２ａ、１２ｂ、１２ｃ、１２ｄは光検知器
２．１３は信号処理器である。なお図中同一あるいは相
当部分には同一符号を付して示しである。

Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 被検査体表面にレーザ光を照射するため、前記レーザ光
    を前記被検査体の円周方向に走査する走査手段と、前記
    被検査体表面の欠陥による反射光強度変化を検知する光
    検知器とを備え、被検査体の表面欠陥を光学的に検査す
    る欠陥検査装置において、上記走査光の一部を透過する
    ミラーと、前記ミラーの後方に位置し、走査光の円周の
    大きさを検知する検知手段とを設け、上記検知手段の出
    力を信号処理器を介して上記走査手段に与えて上記走査
    光の振幅を制御することを特徴とする欠陥検査装置。
