    る接触部と、上記配線基板への取付手段とを設けたキャ
    ップと、 から構成されるＩＣなどのチップ押え装置。
  2. （２）実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項において、キャッ
    プの接触部はチップに弾接することを特徴とするＩＣな
    どのチップ押え装置。
