Claims (4)
- （１）長手方向に沿って所要間隔で複数の噴射ノズルが
取り付けられたライザー管と、該ライザー管に接続され
る給水管と、洗浄水タンク内の洗浄水を前記給水管を介
して前記ライザー管に圧送してスプレー噴射させるポン
プとから構成され、前記の如くスプレー噴射された洗浄
水を前記洗浄水タンク内に再び回収して循環使用するよ
うに成されて、電着塗装装置の電着塗料槽又は前処理装
置の薬液処理室等の後段に設けられた水洗室に配設され
、前記電着塗料槽から搬出される被塗装物又は前記薬液
処理室から搬出される被処理物を洗浄する電着塗装等に
おける水洗シャワー装置において、前記給水管の所要位
置に、該給水管内の洗浄水を放出させる液抜口が設けら
れていることを特徴とする水洗シャワー装置。 - （２）前記液抜口が、所要の口径に選定された穿孔で形
成された前記実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の水洗
シャワー装置。 - （３）前記液抜口が、シャワーノズルを取り付けて成る
前記実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の水洗シャワー
装置。 - （４）前記水洗室の底板に前記ライザー管からスプレー
噴射された洗浄水を回収して前記洗浄水タンク内へ供給
する洗浄水回収口が形成されると共に、前記液抜口が前
記水洗室の底板よりも上方に位置して設けられた前記実
用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の水洗シャワー装置。
