Claims (5)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）　　電着塗装装置の電着塗料槽又は前処理装置の
    薬液処理室等の後段に連設された水洗室に、洗浄水をス
    プレー噴射させるライザー管を具備した水洗シャワー装
    置が配設されて成る電着塗装等における水洗装置におい
    て、前記水洗室の上方位置に、該水洗室の壁面を洗浄す
    る洗浄液を供給する液体誘導部材が、該壁面に沿って略
    水平に配設されたことを特徴とする水洗装置。
  2. （２）　　前記液体誘導部材が、所定間隔でスプレーシ
    ャワーノズルが配設されたシャワー管である前記実用新
    案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の水洗装置。
  3. （３）　　前記液体誘導部材が、所定間隔で透孔が穿設
    されたシャワー管である前記実用新案登録請求の範囲第
    １項記載の水洗装置。
  4. （４）前記液体誘導部材が、オーバーフロー樋から成る
    前記実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の水洗装置。
  5. （５）前記水洗室の壁面を洗浄する洗浄液が、電着塗装
    時の持出塗料や洗浄水の回収浄化を自動的に行う濾過装
    置によって得られた濾過液である前記実用新案登録請求
    の範囲第１項記載の水洗装置。
