Claims (1)
- セラミツク振動子あるいは水晶振動子を用いる
クリスタル発振回路と抵抗及びコンデンサを用い
るＣＲ発振回路を内蔵するＭＯＳ集積回路に於い
て、前記クリスタル発振回路がインバータと該イ
ンバータの入出力に並列接続されゲートが所定の
電位レベルに接続されたＭＯＳＦＥＴとから構成
され、前記ＣＲ発振回路が継続接続されたインバ
ータあるいはバツフアと、最終段の出力が印加さ
れたＭＯＳＦＥＴとから構成され、前記クリスタ
ル発振回路の前記ＭＯＳＦＥＴ及び前記ＣＲ発振
回路のインバータあるいはバツフアを構成するＭ
ＯＳＦＥＴを各々エンハンスメント型とデプレツ
シヨン型の一方に選択することによりクリスタル
発振回路とＣＲ発振回路が切り換えられることを
特徴とするＭＯＳ集積回路。
