Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 水平の真直に配設した第１案内部材１、該第１
    案内部材１の一端側に設置した第１モータ２、前
    記第１案内部材１に摺動可能に係合した第１スラ
    イドベース３、該第１スライドベース３と前記第
    １モータ２との間に亘らせて設けた第１直線運動
    伝達機構４、前記第１スライドベース３に設置し
    た第２モータ５、この第１スライドベース３に一
    端を固定して前記第１案内部材１に直交させた水
    平の真直に設置した第２案内部材６、該第２案内
    部材６に摺動可能に係合した第２スライドベース
    ７、該第２スライドベース７と前記第２モータ５
    との間に亘らせて設けた第２直線運動伝達機構８
    、前記第２スライドベース７に搭載したアクチユ
    エータ９を夫々備えて無塵室内に配設する作業ロ
    ボツトにおいて、前記第１モータ２を囲繞して第
    １気密チヤンバ１０を形成し、前記第２モータ５
    及び第１スライドベース３をその移動に支障がな
    いように囲繞して第２気密チヤンバ１１を形成し
    、さらに、前記アクチユエータ９の固定基部及び
    第２スライドベース７をその移動に支障がないよ
    うに囲繞して第３気密チヤンバ１２を形成する一
    方、排気装置１３を第１気密チヤンバ１０に接続
    して排気管端を前記無塵室外に導出すると共に、
    第２気密チヤンバ１１と第３気密チヤンバ１２と
    を可撓排気管１４，１４により第１気密チヤンバ
    １０に夫々接続せしめて、前記可撓排気管１４，
    １４内に各連絡配線、各連絡配管を収納したこと
    を特徴とする無塵室用作業ロボツト。
