Claims (1)
- 互に直交する三軸を有する直交座標形ロボツト
機構において、固定軸と、この固定軸に直交し、
この固定軸に、固定軸の軸方向に移動可能に取付
けられ、両端部にそれぞれ緩衝部材を取付けた第
１移動軸と、この第１移動軸と前記固定軸に直交
し、この第１移動軸に、第１移動軸の軸方向に移
動可能に取付けられ、第１移動軸側と反対側の端
部に緩衝部材を取付けるとともに、前記第１移動
軸の軸方向に直角方向に移動可能に工具取付部材
を取付けた第２移動軸とを有することを特徴とす
る直交座標形ロボツト機構。
