は支持棒、５は試料、６は試料台、７は電源、８は炭素
蒸気、９は真空ポンプ、１０は冷却治具、１１はセクタ
盤、１２は銅板、１３はネジ、１４は銅パイプ、１５は
回転盤、１６は窓、１７はモータ、１８はシャフトであ
る。 なお、−図中同一符号は同一又は相当部分を示す。

Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 真空中で炭素棒を抵抗加熱し蒸発させる事によって、上
    記炭素棒の下方に置いた試料の表面に炭素皮膜を蒸着さ
    せる真空蒸着装置において、熱変形温度の低い試料に蒸
    着する際に高温の炭素皮膜蒸着による試料の温度上昇を
    防ぐために、直接粋触によって試料を冷却する治具と、
    ，一定．周期で回転する事により試料に断続的に炭幸皮
    膜を蒸着させ、試料の温度上昇を防ぐセクタ盤とを備え
    た事を特徴とする真空蒸着装置。
