Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 産業上の利用分野 本発明は、条導体が接触面に導かれている構造の開閉装
置、特に電げんまたはけん盤の接触面に関する。
従来の技術 通常、この種の接触面は、導体板またはシート上に条導
体と共に一体形成されていて、グラファイト層で被覆さ
れた銅点が施されるように設計されている。この場合グ
ラファイト層は、腐食の危険のために銅点が完全に被覆
されているように封止的でなげればならない。グラファ
イトの細孔を完全に閉鎖するためには、大抵2回のスク
リーン印刷によってのみ可能である。
発明が解決しようとする問題点 本発明の課題は、2回のスクリーン印刷工程を必要とし
ないように該接触面を形成することである。
問題点を解決するだめの手段 前記課題は、接触面が、基板(導体板、シート)上に設
けられていて、電極として形成されたそれぞれ1個の大
平面状導体と側面で接触しているグラファイト面から成
ることKよって解決される。
この配置によって、接触領域にはグラファイト層しか存
在していない。従って公知手段に対して・開閉装置の使
用が比較的長くても、銅の露出の可能性はなく、従って
腐食による操作障害は起り得ない。
有利な他の実施形式の場合には、グラファイト面は、一
作業で施されたポリマー厚膜スクリーン印刷用ベース)
 (Polymer−Dickfilm−Siebdr
uckpaste ) カラ族る。
この設計は安価であり、製造上も難点がない。
電極を環境の影響から保護するためには、条導体及び電
極が保護層で閉じられているのが有利である。
この保護層は電極を密閉しかつ有利にははんだ用仕上塗
(L6tstoplack  )から成る。
実施例 次に本発明を図面により詳述する。図面は導体板1の一
部を示し、その上に電極壬、5に終る条導体2,3が設
けられている。これらの電極牛、5にグラファイト面6
,7が接触するように、前記電極にグラファイト面が接
合している。腐食を防止するために、電極および条導体
に保護層(図示してない)が施されている。

  1. 【特許請求の範囲】 1、条導体が接触面に導かれている構造の開閉装置の接
    触面において、接触面(6、7)が、基板上に設けられ
    ていて、電極(2、3)として形成されたそれぞれ1個
    の大平面状条導体と側面で接触しているグラファイト面
    から成ることを特徴とする開閉装置の接触面。 2、グラファイト面が一作業で施されたポリマー厚膜ス
    クリーン印刷用ペーストから成る特許請求の範囲第1項
    記載の接触面。 3、条導体および電極が保護層で閉じられている特許請
    求の範囲第1項記載の接触面。 4、保護層がはんだ用仕上塗から成る特許請求の範囲第
    3項記載の接触面。
