Claims (4)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）プラズマアークトーチと被加工部材との間に形成
    したプラズマアークを熱源とし、該プラズマアーク内に
    導かれた粉末材料を溶融させて前記被加工部材の表面に
    肉盛溶接を施すプラズマ肉盛溶接装置であって、 前記粉末材料を収容するホツパーと、 該ホッパー内の前記粉末材料を下方に導く粉末通路と、 該粉末通路の下端が上部に開口する収容室内に、凹凸が
    形成された外周面が該粉末通路の下端開口に接缶した状
    態で略水平な軸線まわりに回転可能に収容され、回転速
    度に応じた量の前記粉末材料を落下させる供給ローラと
    、 前記収容室の下部であって前記供梧ローラから前記粉末
    材料が落下させられる落下位置に設けられ、該粉末材料
    を収容室から導き出す導出口と、 を含むことを特徴とするプラズマ肉盛溶接装置。
  2. （２）前記収容室が、前記供給ローラの非落下側の外周
    面の近傍の内壁から前記導出口に至る斜面を備えたもの
    である実用新案登録請求の範囲第一項に記載のプラズマ
    肉盛溶接装置。
  3. （３）前記供給ローラが、両端部が支持された回転軸の
    中央部に固設されたものである実用新案登録請求の範囲
    第一項または第二拍に記数のプラズマ肉盛溶接装置。
  4. （４）前記粉末通路が、前記ホッパーから粉末材料を下
    方へ導く第一通路と、該第一通路の出口に近接して配置
    され該出口からの粉末材料を受ける水平な受け面と、該
    受け面から側方へあふれ出た粉末材料を前記粉末通路の
    下端開口へ導く第二通路とを、備えたものである実用新
    案登録請求の範囲第一項乃至第三項の何れかに記載のプ
    ラズマ肉盛溶接装置。
