Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) イオン化室と、該イオン化室内を真空排気
するための排気管と、該イオン化室に連通する低
圧室と、該低圧室内からイオン化室内へ連続的に
移送されるベルトと、前記低圧室内において該ベ
ルトへ向けて液体クロマトグラフからの流出液を
噴出させるためのノズルとを備え、低圧室におい
てベルトに付着しイオン化室内へ移送されて来た
流出液を該イオン化室内でイオン化するようにし
たことを特徴とする液体クロマトグラフ質量分析
装置。 (2) 前記低圧室においてベルトに付着しイオン
化室へ移送されて来た流出液は該イオン化室内で
流出液に含まれる溶媒を反応ガスとした化学イオ
ン化によりイオン化される特許請求の範囲第１項
記載の液体クロマトグラフ質量分析装置。
