Claims (1)
- キヤリアガスと試料成分とをジエツトセパレー
タで分離し、分離した試料成分をＥＩ―ＣＩイオ
ン源へ導入してイオン化するようにしたガスクロ
マトグラフ質量分析装置において、ジエツトセパ
レータとキヤリアガス排気用ポンプの間の流路に
流量を２段階に設定できる流量調整機構を設ける
と共に、該調整機構がＥＩモード時に大流量、Ｃ
Ｉモード時に小流量に設定されるように前記ＥＩ
―ＣＩイオン源のモード切り換えに連動して前記
流量調整機構を切り換える切換手段を設けたこと
を特徴とするガスクロマトグラフ質量分析装置。
