Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 回転ラツク利用のパレツト積み貨物保管ならび
    に出庫配送に用いられる回転ラツクにおいて、ほ
    ぼ同一寸法に作られた保管貨物用回転ラツクを、
    数段の高さに積上げて、それぞれの回転ラツクが
    個別に回転運行し得るようにし、また上記の回転
    ラツクの最下段にも、ボツクスパレツトのような
    、配送用荷箱を積んだ回転ラツクを装置し、それ
    らの回転ラツク群の先端部に、ピツキング作業員
    がリフトの側面に乗務してピツキングができるよ
    うにした、ピツキングリフトを設置し、予め配送
    先を指定された最下段の配送用荷箱を、ピツキン
    グリフトにより抜取つて、ピツキングすべき貨物
    が収容されている上段の保管貨物用回転ラツクの
    位置まで、ピツキングリフトを上昇させて、作業
    員によつて保管貨物をピツキングし得るようにす
    るとともに、上記のピツキング作業中に、出荷指
    図票に記載された、次のピツキング項目の貨物が
    載せられている別の段のラツク棚を、電気的制御
    操作により、自動的に先端部に回転到着させるよ
    うにして、作業員が目前のピツキングを終つた後
    、次のピツキング作業に必要なラツク棚を呼出す
    などの、ラツク棚が到着するまでに消費する、待
    時間の損失を少なくして、迅速なピツキング作業
    を連続実施し得るようにした、回転ラツク利用の
    ピツキング装置。
