Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）試料室内に熱的に遮断された状態で設置された試
    料と冷媒を満たした冷却槽とを熱伝導体にて熱的に接続
    することにより試料を冷却する様になした装置において
    、前記冷媒のガス又は該冷媒よりも沸点の低いガスを前
    記冷却槽内に導入して冷媒の液面に圧力を加える加圧手
    段を設けてなる電子顕微鏡等における試料冷却装置。 ｛２｝前記加圧手段と撮影制御回路とを連動させ、加圧
    手段のガスが試料の写真撮影時のみ冷却槽内に供給され
    る様に構成したことを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範
    囲第１項記載の電子顕微鏡等における試料装置。
