Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 ケース内底部に被封止体を配置し、前記被封止
    体を覆うようにシリコン等の内部注型樹脂を注入
    固化し、さらにエポキシ等の封止樹脂にて上記内
    部注型樹脂を被覆した樹脂封止パツケージにおい
    て、 前記ケースの内側壁周囲に段部を設け、上記段
    部を境として底部側を外方へ広く形成し、シリコ
    ン等の内部注型樹脂を上記段部以下の高さに注入
    固化し、さらに封止樹脂を内部注型樹脂上に注入
    固化して形成することを特徴とする樹脂封止パツ
    ケージ。
