順を示すフローチヤートである。 図中、１はプロセス装置、２は信号線、３はデ
ータ処理装置、４はデータ判定手段、５は代替デ
ータ記憶手段、６は代替データ置換手段、７はデ
ータ処理部、８は表示装置、１０ａは水温計、１
０ｂはアルカリ度計、１０ｃは濁度計、１０ｄは
流量計、１０ｅは流量制御弁、１１は信号線、１
２はＩ／Ｏポート、１３は演算処理装置、１４は
記憶装置、１５はマイクロコンピユータである。

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 計測値等の瞬時データをデータ処理部で処
    理して表示装置に表示するデータ処理装置におい
    て、前記瞬時データが正常であるか否かを判定す
    るデータ判定手段と、該データ判定手段の判定結
    果が正常であるときに、そのときのデータを代替
    データとして記憶する代替データ記憶手段と、前
    記データ判定手段の判定結果が異常であるときに
    、前記代替データ記憶手段に記憶されている正常
    時データに置換するデータ置換手段とを備えたこ
    とを特徴とするデータ処理装置。 (2) 前記代替データ記憶手段は、所定回数前の
    正常時データを代替データとして記憶するように
    構成されている特許請求の範囲第１項記載のデー
    タ処理装置。
