- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 投光部よりレーザ光を走査させて被測定物に照
射し、被測定物を照射した光を受光部で集光し、
被測定物によつて散乱された光量の変化特性から
被測定物の寸法を非接触測定する寸法測定装置に
おいて、 被測定物がレーザの走査面を貫通するようにそ
の法線方向に通過でき、かつ、レーザ走査面と水
平方向に横切ることができるように、投光部と受
光部とを結合する部分に切欠きを備えたことを特
徴とする寸法測定装置。
