- 電極の先端に接着した半導体チツプを合成樹脂
でモールドしてなる樹脂モールド型半導体装置に
おいて、前記電極は少なくともその一部分が複数
の金属細線からなる細線部を備え、該細線部の全
面又は一部を前記モールド合成樹脂の浸透を防ぐ
ための表面被覆材で覆つたことを特徴とする樹脂
モールド型半導体装置。
