    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 半導体ダイを載置したアイランド部、半導体ダ
    イと電気的に接続するための外部リード及び半導
    体ダイと外部リードを電気的に接続するためのボ
    ンデイングワイヤを持ち、それらを不透明樹脂で
    多重トランスフアー成形して包含する樹脂封止半
    導体装置において、前記半導体ダイとボンデイン
    グワイヤの接続部を含む領域には難燃材を含まな
    い樹脂で包含し、該難燃材を含まない樹脂表面を
    難燃材を含む樹脂で包含することを特徴とする樹
    脂封止半導体装置。
