Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 半導体基板上に抵抗体パターンを配設し、
該抵抗体パターン上に層間絶縁膜を介して配線パ
ターンを配してなる半導体装置において、前記層
間絶縁膜は前記抵抗体パターンを被覆する第１絶
縁膜と、前記配線パターンに接する第２絶縁膜と
、前記第１絶縁膜と前記第２絶縁膜との間に介挿
されている中間膜とを備えてなることを特徴とす
る半導体装置。 (2) 前記半導体基板は入力パツドと、能動デバ
イスとを備えており、前記抵抗体パターンは前記
入力パツドと前記能動デバイスとの間に介挿され
前記入力パツドからの入力信号を前記能動デバイ
スに中継する入力保護用抵抗であることを特徴と
する実用新案登録請求の範囲第(1)項記載の半導
体装置。 (3) 前記能動デバイスはポリシリコンを主成分
とするゲート電極を有すると共にポリシリコンを
主成分とする第２層ポリシリコン配線パターンに
接続されており、前記中間膜は前記第２層ポリシ
リコン配線パターンの形成時に同時に付設されて
なるものであることを特徴とする実用新案登録請
求の範囲第(2)項記載の半導体装置。
