Description

【考案の詳細な説明】 本考案は主として車両用の自動変速機における
クラツチドラム装置に関する。
従来この種装置として、例えば第１図示のよう
に中心の軸ａ上に油圧ピストンｂとクラツチ板ｃ
とを内部に収容するクラツチドラムｄを背中合せ
の左右１対に並設させる式のものは知られるが、
この場合該ドラムｄの１対は同図示のように共通
１個の長手の内筒ｅに外周のフランジｆを一体に
形成させ、その外周に一側と他側とから各外筒
ｇ，ｇを嵌合し、次いでこれらを溶接ｈにより互
に一体的に結着させる式を一般としたもので、
かゝるものでは部品点数が増大して製作に手数を
要する不都合を伴う。
本考案はかゝる不都合のない装置を得ることを
その目的としたもので、軸１上に、油圧ピストン
２とクラツチ板３とを内部に収容するクラツチド
ラム４を背中合せの左右１対に並設するものにお
いて、前記クラツチドラム４を、前記軸１に嵌合
する軸孔７を外周面に有する内筒４ａと前記クラ
ツチ板３に係合するスプライン溝５を内周面に有
する外筒４ｂと、これら内外筒４ａ，４ｂの一端
を連結する環状溝４ｃとからなるカツプ状に形成
し、該クラツチドラム４の１対を前記環状板４ｃ
で背中合せに重合して溶接６で一体的に固着した
ことを特徴とする。
第２図はその１例を示すもので、各ドラム４の
中心の軸孔７は予め同図に鎖線示の通り肉厚の内
筒４ａを切削その他により同図に実線示の通りス
プライン加工することにより軸１に取付けられ
る。図中８は油圧回路、９はドライブギヤを示
す。
このように本考案によるときは、１対のクラツ
チドラム４，４を軸１に嵌合する軸孔７を外周面
に有する内筒４ａとクラツチ板３に係合するスプ
ライン溝５を内周面に有する外筒４ｂとこれら内
外筒４ａ，４ｂの一端を連結する環状板４ｃとか
らなるカツプ状に形成し、これらを互に環状板４
ｃ，４ｃで背中合せに重合して溶接６で一体に固
着したので環状板４ｃの肉厚を薄くしても剛性の
高いものが得られるため、ドラム４の軽量化が容
易となり又ドラム４は互に同形の各プレス加工か
らなる２個の部材のみで足りて製作を簡単且つ容
易にすると共にドラムは、各部材を予め組込んだ
状態で軸１に取付けることができその組付作業を
容易にする等の効果を有する。

置の１例の截断側面図である。 １……軸、２……油圧ピストン、３……クラツ
チ板、４……クラツチドラム、４ａ……内筒、４
ｂ……外筒、４ｃ……環状板、５……スプライン
溝、６……溶接、７……軸孔。

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 軸１上に、油圧ピストン２とクラツチ板３とを
    内部に収容するクラツチドラム４を背中合せの左
    右１対に並設するものにおいて、前記クラツチド
    ラム４を、前記軸１に嵌合する軸孔７を外周面に
    有する内筒４ａと前記クラツチ板３に係合するス
    プライン溝５を内周面に有する外筒４ｂと、これ
    ら内外筒４ａ，４ｂの一端を連結する環状溝４ｃ
    とからなるカツプ状に形成し、該クラツチドラム
    ４の１対を前記環状板４ｃで背中合せに重合して
    溶接６で一体的に固着したことを特徴とするクラ
    ツチドラム装置。
