例であるポートレスブレーキマスタシリンダを示
す正面断面図である。 １０：シリンダボデイ、１２：ピストン、１６
：カツプシール（シール部材）、２６：加圧室、
３０：定圧室、３８：リザーバ、４０：リターン
スプリング、５０：開閉弁、５２：連通路、５４
：弁座、５６：弁子、６０：スプリング、６２：
接触子、６４：ピン（開放部材、ストツパ）、６
８：リング部材（可動部材）、７０：スプリング
（弾性部材）、８６：皿ばね（弾性部材）、８８

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) シリンダボデイにピストンが液密に嵌合さ
    れることにより、シリンダボデイ内の空間がピス
    トンの前進に伴つてブレーキ液圧を発生させる加
    圧室とリザーバに連通した定圧室とに仕切られる
    とともに、前記ピストンに前記加圧室と定圧室と
    を連通させる状態で形成された連通路に開閉弁が
    設けられ、かつ、前記ピストンが後退端位置にお
    いてストツパに当接した状態では前記開閉弁を開
    放状態に保つ開放部材が前記シリンダボデイに設
    けられて、前記ピストンが後退端位置にある状態
    では前記加圧室と定圧室とが連通状態に保たれる
    ポートレスブレーキマスタシリンダにおいて、 前記ピストンとストツパとの一方にピストンの
    移動方向に移動可能な可動部材を設けるとともに
    、その可動部材を常には弾性部材による前記ピス
    トンとストツパとの他方に最も近いノーマル位置
    に保つて、ピストンとストツパとがそれら可動部
    材および弾性部材を介して当接することによりピ
    ストンの通常の後退端位置が規定されるようにし
    、かつ、弾性部材のセツト荷重を通常は前記可動
    部材が前記ノーマル位置から移動することを許容
    しないが、ピストンとストツパとが可動部材およ
    び弾性部材を介して当接した後においても前記加
    圧室の液圧が前記定圧室の液圧より設定値以上高
    くピストンに後退方向の力が加えられる場合には
    可動部材のノーマル位置からの移動を許容する大
    きさに設定し、前記加圧室と定圧室との液圧差が
    設定値以上である場合にはピストンが前記通常の
    後退端位置より更に後退して前記開放部材が前記
    開閉弁を開き、前記加圧室と定圧室との液圧差が
    解消されるようにしたことを特徴とするポートレ
    スブレーキマスタシリンダ。 (2) 前記可動部材および弾性部材が、前記開放
    部材と前記開閉弁との間の位置に設けられ、通常
    は可動部材が開放部材に当接して前記通常の後退
    端位置を規定し、開放部材が前記ストツパを兼ね
    るように構成された実用新案登録請求の範囲第１
    項記載のポートレスブレーキマスタシリンダ。 (3) 前記可動部材が、前記ピストンの外周部に
    嵌合されたリング部材であり、前記ストツパが前
    記シリンダボデイの内周面からシリンダボデイ内
    へ突出してそのリング部材と係合する突起である

    ブレーキマスタシリンダ。
