Claims (1)
- 半導体ウエハの写真製版の熱処理プレートにお
ける搬送装置において、熱処理プレートの入口側
にウエハの搬送ベルトと出口側に出口ベルトを有
し、上記両ベルトの側方に搬送アームへウエハを
乗せ変える上下移動ビームを備え、このビームに
連動して熱処理プレートを貫通するウエハの押上
棒を設けたことを特徴とする半導体ウエハの搬送
装置。
