- パラジウム皮膜を形成した一対の金属フレーム
の一方に、感温抵抗体を備えた感温抵抗素子を配
設し、前記感温抵抗素子の一対の電極と前記一対
の金属フレームとをそれぞれパラジウム線で電気
的に導通したことを特徴とする温度センサ。
