Claims (1)
- フイラメント、グリツドおよびリベラ電極を備
えたイオン発生部に電離イオン捕集用のコレクタ
電極を付加するとともに、前記フイラメントとグ
リツドとの間に流れるエミツシヨン電流を検出し
て該エミツシヨン電流に対応したエミツシヨン電
流検出信号を出力するエミツシヨン電流検出器を
設け、このエミツシヨン電流検出器からの前記エ
ミツシヨン電流検出信号をコレクタ電極に流れる
コレクタ電流を測定するコレクタ電流測定部に真
空度補正信号として加えることを特徴とするイオ
ン銃。
