６……投光器、７……反射部材、８……受光器、
９……ピン状態の検出機構、１０……ビーム位置
の調整機構。

Claims (1)
- ガイドレール上を一定の速度でＩＣを走行させ
るベルト及びその駆動用プーリからなる等速走行
機構と、ＩＣのピンの並列方向における曲がりや
欠落等の異状を判別するため、等速走行するＩＣ
のピンの側方からビーム光を照射する投光器、レ
ールの下部に位置しビーム光を反射させる部材、
その反射したビーム光を受光してピンの状態の信
号を得る受光器からなるピン状態の検出器構と、
検出機構の全体或いは投光器と反射部材を支持し
、ピンの基端から先端までの適当な位置にビーム
光の照射位置を変えるビーム位置調整機構とを有
するＩＣピンの検査装置。
