【図面の簡単な説明】
第１図はこの考案の一実施例を示す天井面取付
形点検用パネル装置の断面図、第２図は第１図に
示す天井面取付形点検用パネル装置の要部拡大図
、第３、第４図は点検パネルを持ち上げた時の状
態図、第５図は点検パネルの回動状態を示す図で
ある。第６図はこの考案の他の実施例を示す要部
拡大図、第７図は従来の天井面取付形点検用パネ
ル装置の構成図である。これらの図において、１
４は天井開口部、１３ａは立上り部、１３はパネ
ル枠体、１８は挿入孔、１６は支点側支持軸、１
３ｂはパネル枠体１３の内側空間部、１５は点検
パネル、１５ｂは点検パネルの重心、２７は貫通
孔、２６は支持部、２４は掛合部、２５は支持孔
、２３は開閉側支持軸、２１ａは掛合用セツト部
分、２１は掛合用部材である。なお、各図中同一
符号は同一または相当部分を示す。

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 天井開口部周縁に沿つて取付けられ、天井
    内方向に立上り部を有するパネル枠体と、側面部
    に挿入孔が設けられ、この挿入孔において上記パ
    ネル枠体の立上り部から略々水平方向に突設され
    た支点側支持軸に回動自在に支承され、上記パネ
    ル枠体の内側空間部を覆う点検パネルとから構成
    されたものにおいて、上記挿入孔に対し上記点検
    パネルの重心側に位置し、上記点検パネルの上下
    両面側に貫通する貫通孔を設けると共に、一端部
    には上記パネル枠の立上り部に突設された支持部
    に掛合する鉤状の掛合部が形成され、かつ他端部
    には支持孔が設けられ、この支持孔において、上
    記貫通孔に対応して略々水平方向に上記点検パネ
    ルに設けられた開閉側支持軸に回動自在に支承さ
    れ、上記点検パネルを上方に持ち上げることによ
    つて上記鉤状の掛合部が上記支持部から外れ、さ
    らに上記開閉側支持軸の周りに働くモーメントに
    より回動させ、その外側部に形成された掛合用セ
    ツト部分が上記貫通孔を通つて上記点検パネルの
    下面部から下方に露出する掛合用部材を備えたこ
    とを特徴とする天井面取付形点検用パネル装置。 (2) 開閉側支持軸の周りに働くモーメントは、
    掛合用部材の重心に働く重力を利用することを特
    徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の天
    井面取付形点検用パネル装置。 (3) 開閉側支持軸の周りに働くモーメントは、
    一端部が点検パネルに掛合し、他端部が掛合用部
    材に掛合する弾性体の弾性力を利用することを特
    徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の天
    井面取付形点検用パネル装置。
